Complete refund or replacement of the product –  if your ordered product is lost or damaged

Complete refund and payment deducted for the delivered product –  if the partial quantity of the product is delivered

Contact us directly – if you didn’t receive your product until 30 business days or if the product is withheld with us or returned back to us.

Our main motive is to fulfill our customer’s necessities. Thus we have cent percent guaranteed satisfaction. If the quality of the pill is not satisfactory you may contact our team executives within 40 days of receiving the package. And you may get reshipment at free of cost or refund for the product. However, the request receiving after 40 days of delivery will not be accepted by us.

The refund process

The process will proceed as follows

If your payment was done using credit cards the payment will be automatically credit to the account which you used to payment during purchase. Such mode of refunds will be processed soon when compared to e-checks. The time will be less than 10 business days.

In case of e-check, the payment form will be reverted back to the user. If the deposit of your check is not yet completed then check will be sent to the user’s billing address. Hence this process will take longer time which may exceed 10 working days.

Note: if the transaction to your card is delayed we may not take on the responsibility for the issue associated with the delay in your bank processing.

Cancellation of order

We always present our best to satisfy the customer’s who walk into our website. Hence good quality products will be processed quickly to deliver as fast as possible. However, at times we may trap in some technical or product issues of processing your order at that time hence we must cancel the order we get. Also, such cases are very rare like unavailability of the stock, limited quantity to process, technical problems at our processing unit.

Our customer support team will be readily available to answer and help you at any time. If we cancel your order this will be informed to you immediately. If the payment from your side is completed then the amount of the purchase you made with us will be credited as quick as possible.

If you are in the need to cancel your order then you may contact our customer care executive members they will guide you through the process. Once the request from you is viewed we forward it to hold the processing of the order. If your order is not yet proceeded the invoice amount which is debited from you will be credited completely to the user. If the product is dispatched and shipped then we cannot accept your request as it cannot be canceled.
